These Terms govern your use of the Sovaia Rippel store and purchases made through it, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Store use
You agree to provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, packaging, ingredient information, pricing, and availability accurately. The label supplied with the product is the controlling reference for ingredients, serving directions, warnings, storage, and other product-specific instructions.
Dietary supplement notice
Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Store information is general information and is not personal medical advice. Follow the product label. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have questions about suitability, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Orders
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, promotion abuse, or an obvious listing error. Paid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method as appropriate.
Pricing, payment, promotions, and shipping
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Taxes, shipping, duties, and import charges are shown at checkout where available or may be collected locally. Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer, inventory, and checkout eligibility. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
