Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, restocks, fraud review, address verification, or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping destinations, methods, and charges
Available destinations, methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when shown at checkout or stated in the applicable promotion.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruption, peak periods, and local delivery conditions can cause delays.
Tracking
Tracking can take 24–72 hours after shipment to display the first carrier scan.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins. Actual return or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged or deducted where permitted by law.
International orders
International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless checkout expressly states they are included.
